Its operation is based on establishing a totally anonymous connection, making use of the network known as I2P. In this way, all the operations carried out with eMule are kept without any kind of visibility and without leaving any trace. In addition, iMule supports Kad.

Due to the inclusion of the same code present in this P2P client the operation is identical. Before starting the downloads it is necessary to obtain the file that contains all the servers: nodes.dat.
